Cash and checks are useful, but debit cards and ATM cards offer more convenient access to the money stored in your BCBank account. ATM cards can be used at any BCBank ATM at no charge. Debit cards can be linked to your checking account and used anywhere that accepts MasterCards®. Debit cards also function with ATM machines similarly to ATM cards.

If you move, it is imperative that you update the mailing address associated with your checking or savings account or loan as soon as possible. We use this address to send you important updates to your account, as well as occasional updates on the holdings in your account. Due to concerns of identity theft, BCBank requires that all requests for changes in address are done in written form. Download our form below, fill it out, and return it to your local BCBank branch, and we will update your address quickly.

Overdrafts occur when you do not have the money in your account to cover a transaction, but at times your bank may pay the transaction anyway. BCBank offers standard overdraft practices, as well as overdraft protection plans, to cover you when you need it.
